Takes Patience, but works great!

My house had a very large pest problem in the basement. I installed the pestchaser, FOLLOWING the instructions that it takes a couple weeks to reach maximum efficiency. Which was the case, but havent seen any signs of any more pests in years. I still keep a trap out here and there that I move around just to make sure they arent getting into different areas. But so far this has worked perfectly for me. I would protest against the fact they say you cant hear anything from it. You will hear a very low humming once plugged in. But nothing that you would notice on a regular basis. Only when you are very close to the device and trying to listen for it.
Yes, I recommend this product.

totally useless

live on first floor in a high rise apt, have mice problem. Was hoping this is a cleaner way to deal with it than the traps, what a waste of money. doesn't work at all! totally useless.

- A: You do not have to get rid of the mice first. The Pest Chaser emits a very high pitched sound which only rodents can hear, making it very uncomfortable for rodents like mice and rats, who will then avoid that area. Please note that this product should only be used indoors, as the sound waves will not go through walls, furniture, dry wall, etc. If the rodents are in a cabinet or another enclosed area, ensure that you open the doors so that the sound waves can enter the area. If they are behind a couch, move the couch forward and place the pest chaser behind the couch.14 years agoHelpful?
