Easy to use, impressive results!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) The Varathane Deep Pour Casting Epoxy was my first experience with a two part epoxy system. It was easy and intuitive and simple enough to make a little or scale it up to make lots depending on your project. In my case I used it to add a lasting and impressive finish to some of my 3D printing projects for an extra layer of protection that also brings the wow factor. This is definitely a product that you should use in a well ventilated environment and give your project the right amount of time to fully cure. As long as you follow the instructions, are patient and use the proper PPE the results are very impressive without the need of any fancy equipment or extensive post processing exercises. Definitely a buy again!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) A friend and I just decided to use this together to make a craft. We really enjoyed using it . We didn’t notice a strong older as we used it inside . I left a beautiful finish and we and I received many compliments on my finished piece. Will happily buy this product again

First experience with epoxy

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This was my first experience with epoxy, I love how the kit make it easy to use for beginners. I made a display serving plate, and I now have a few more projects I’d like to try out with a second kit I’ll get. I’m happy with the results and looking forward trying out new projects with this epoxy.

A good product with great results.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Varathane Deep Pour Casting Epoxy is relatively easy to use. Directions are clearly written and easy to follow. Theirs is little to no aroma when using smaller amounts. I sadly was not able to do a large project at this time but I did some smaller projects with good results. The epoxy has a lovely shine and a perfectly clear cast. I was impressed with how easily the epoxy took colour, mixing well and vibrant. It definitely appears durable but being a deep pour product requires longer cure time.

Have proper ppe

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I've used other kinds and other brands of resin before so I have a bit if experience. Although this is my first time using a deep pour product. I found this to have quite a bit of a stronger odor. This didnt harden up after being mixed (maybe it's not supposed to) so it was hard to keep colours separated. Once my two items were finally cured there was an oily film left on top...I just wiped it down with some isopropyl which helped. I'm on the fence about this.
