Poor design

I had really high hopes for this swing but once I received it I was disappointed. The seat does not move easily, it gets stuck when trying to move it into a different position. I would not recommend.

Squeaky and Loud

Baby swing has a high pitched squeak that will start after a week of use. You won’t be able to fix the squeak so you will never use the swing.

Great Seat for My Baby

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product to review from Stellar Product Testing Panel. My oldest son had a Mamaroo when he was born in 2019 but boy, let me tell you, this one sure is upgraded! My youngest son absolutely loved the comfortable seat, the hanging balls that could reach and play with, and the motion of the seat. I really loved the 5 point harness - I felt my baby was in the seat so securely. This Mamaroo is also very aesthetically pleasing and looks nice in our family room. Overall, a wonderful seat for my little one!

Amazing Swing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the uppababy mamaroo smart swing from Stellar Product Testing Panel to test. Overall the product worked wonders and felt very solid and secure and it was super simple to assemble! My 1 month old loved the different type of motions as well as the different combination of motions and speed that you can customize through motionsync. There were times where my little one was getting bored and fussy on the swing and I was able to calm her down by switching to another motion and changing to another preset music. It definitely made getting some work done around the house easier by putting her on the swing. The app was nice because I was able to change settings while I was working on the other side of the room without having to go over to press the buttons on the swing. I did have some struggles with connecting to google home and even using the bluetooth streaming. Eventually I gave up because the standard functionalities were enough.
