Made of high-quality steel with a porcelain finish, this cooking griddle is versatile, durable, and easy to clean. Its wide expandable surface extends from 12 to 20 inches (30.4 to 50.8 cm) depth to properly fit most BBQs. The 8 inches griddle features a food saver that prevents food from falling through the cooking surface. Thanks to the griddle's heat transfer vents trap that allow even distribution.
