    Flimsy and Fragile, Breaks Easily. DONT BUY

    Good product at first but after short period of time and use the USB plug piece bends and gets pushed into the adapter, as well as it cords fit very loose into USB plugs. The LED lights burn out very quickly, and the other power sockets also grip plugs very loosely. It is a fair amount of money to spend on something that is this cheap and has so many things that break easily. I would not recommend buying this product. I returned the product multiple times and i was given a new one, and same problems every time. WASTE OF MONEY!

    Great idea, poor execution

    This was to be a perfect product for my car which has two dash cams (front and rear) and a GPS. However, when I brought it home and opened the package, the part with the switches had come apart. Upon inspection, there's not much plastic for the fours screws that hold it together to thread into. All four screws had been over-torqued and broke. I took it back to CT and the service desk lady let me open all the other packages on their shelf and all but one failed the same way. The one that did hold together had silver screws compared with black ones in the others that failed. I didn't take it apart to see why that may be for fear of breaking it. Anyhow, when I plugged the good one into my car, it worked like a charm except for the blue LED on one of the sockets doesn't work. No big deal to me so I kept it. It's been working fine for the past month. If you're still interested in buying one, I suggest opening it at the store to see if it's broken so you can save yourself a trip back. I think I'm going to glue mine so it doesn't break.

    J'ai fait l'achat de ce produit! Il en faut un dans tous les voitures. Il émet une belle lumière bleu. On peut sélectionner lequel des connecteurs qu'on veut activer. J'en ai un dans chaque un de mes véhicules. Utiliser pour recharger les accessoires: 12V et USB. Belle innovation!

    Q: Can the blue LED be disabled Can the BRIGHT blue power led be disabled? the red lights for the individual items is adequate, and the blue light is too bright.

    • A: I find them a little on the bright side, too. Maybe you could cover up the lights with small pieces of silver duct tape or electrical tape.

    Q: Is the fuse replaceable and where is it located? Could you please indicate whether there is a built-in fuse and if so, how one would go about accessing and replacing it? One other thing: Is replacing a fuse with a higher rated one (e.g., 2A with 5A) safe? Thank you.

    • A: There is a thermal fuse built into the 12v adapter (the portion that gets plugged into the vehicle 12v power outlet) it can be accessed by removing the 12v adapter tip (it will unscrew). We do not recommend replacing with a higher amp fuse. Thanks

    Q: Is there supposed to be three blue lights when plugged in or just the two outside switch have blue lights

    • A: the two outside lights have blue LED’s on the switches plus the red power LED when turned on (the #1 switch blue LED is on whenever there is power to the switch unit, The #3 switch blue LED is on when the switch is turned on) . The center switch powers the blue LED light around the USB ports when it is turned on.
