The spray mechanism clogged very quickly. Had to replace with a mechanism from a different spray can

Do not waste your time, the nozzle will clog up right away even if you follow the instructions. Save your time and either buy the rust oleum turbocan which is more expensive or even better go to princess auto and get rustoleum bed liner for 14.99 a can!

Absolute garbage, nozzle clogs within 30 seconds of use. Returned it thinking it may be a one of, however, the second can did the same thing. Will be returning it in the morning and trying something else. Don’t waste your money, time and gas !!!

Price was good but unfortunately the 2 I bought was unsatisfactory. The first can clogged up after 30 seconds and the second can the spray nozzle wasn’t even there

Q: Hello, I want to repaint an aluminum roof rack for my SUV. Lightly sanding the old paint not removing the paint. There are some small patches of bare alum. Will the product stick to the bare alum? Thanks Vince

  • A: To be safe I would buy a can of the self etching primer and spray the bare alum with that first if you want it to last.

  • A: Dupli-Color Truck Bed Coating is paintable. Once the product is thoroughly dried lacquer or enamel paint can be used. Our recommendation would be to wait 5-7 days for the product to thoroughly set up and then paint.
