Q: Can I use this on prefinished hardwood floors?
5 years agoA: Good day, you can use these on pre-finished hardwood floors. However, there are a couple of things to bear in mind. First, make sure that the damage/scratches are deep enough for the sticks to adhere. Second, since this is just wax, in order to make the repair permanent, you should use some sort of clear finish to seal it (for example, the Crystal Clear finish found in the Trade Secret Touch-Up System or pretty much any other clear brand urethane or similar). As well, the finish will likely help blend the repair with the surrounding floor sheen. Lastly, always test first in an inconspicuous area to make sure that the repair give you the appearance that you're looking for.
