Noisy, and the cheaply made door release is flimsy. It replaced an existing unit that is selling with our cottage. I almost feel guilty leaving it for the new owners.

It is easy to use with very quiet operation. It heats sooo fast!! What was 2 minutes on my old microwave is 30 seconds in this one. You have to press stop, then press the safety feature of the door unlock button and then you can open the door each time. It is annoying. But, thankfully, there were instructions as to how to disable that feature if needed. It is fairly large. Great for upto a household of 5 or 6 people. Overall, we love it and are quite satisfied, thus far.

The appliance is designed to remember this setting, even if it is unplugged or experiences a power outage. To permanently turn off the safety lock feature, follow these steps while the microwave is in standby mode: Press the "7" button. Press the "9" button. Q: How do I cook rice using the sensor? What buttons do I push? I'd like to be able to just put the rice in the container intthe microwave and push a few buttons and it cooks it for me.
