After 2 weeks I love them. I'm 64, do a lot of incline walking, rowing and strength training. Knee pain was severely limiting my workouts. I decided on these and from day 1 I have no more pain during or after my workouts. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Zero support or compression. Useless

Purchased under the assumption it would provide compression & support for an overuse injury in my knee. Purchased the correct size, and I was disappointed when I put it on The most supportive parts of the sleeve are the elastic bands at the top and bottom. There is zero support, and even sized properly, the sleeve provided zero compression and would not stay in place I have worn compression sleeves in the past and I would have had more benefit by duct-taping a towel to my leg.

No, I do not recommend this product.
