Not bad

Pros: Keeps my wife happy. Good for some light duty quick cleaning. Not too heavy, fairly quiet and easy to handle. Cons: Requires getting your hands dirty to pull out dust and hair from the canister and different holes. The bulky head cannot get into all the nooks and crannies that will require additional manual cleaning. Considering the time it takes to fill, empty (3-4 times for a 1000 sq. ft surface), clean and dry parts, I'm not sure using it is less time consuming than just vacuum and wash the floors. Resumé: Nice to have, but you'll still need a decent regular vacuum cleaner.

So easy to use. Love that I don't have to sweep my floors before mopping. Floors were all washed in less than 30 minutes. Even bought one for my 73 year old father and he also loves it.

Excellent machine, once it works

I haven't owned this for a long time but it works great and cleans tiles and sealed hardwood very well. The problem is that it didn't work from the first run, I had to call support and it still wouldn't work. I had to do multiple self cleaning cycles to get the machine to start pushing water out and work. Support was very helpful though.

The best purchase I ever made. The handle is so responsive. My floors are amazing. Very compact and easy to use, it even cleans itself. I can’t recommend it enough. Anyone with floors you need this !!!

It cleans well but is very heavy to use. Also you have to clean the brush and tank everytime or it will smell.
