Auto close rung

I thought this was over priced. But when I got it. This ladder actually has auto soft close.
I don't even know what kind of black magic is in the ladder but you click the lowest rung and the entire ladder collapsed automatically. This feature alone is worth it

We were looking at having a side ladder installed on our van to access our roof box but having the option to mount this ladder anywhere on the van because it is portable was a better and more affordable option. It's bigger/heavier than we anticipated but that makes sense considering the quality and stability. We are very happy this ladder was offered through Thule.

I bought the Van Ladder to load my kayak on my Jeep roof. Though it is designed for vans it seamed to work pretty well. I have a big, heavy boat that has to be hoisted way up and am able to do it myself.
