Q: Haven’t used for two years. Please remind me how to set up. How do I light t?
a year agoA: Hi Rosy, The Thermacell Mosquito Repellent Torch will have a fuel cartridge that you will need to screw into the fuel port which is located inside of the top of the torch. Please make sure you take the cap off the cartridge. The blue mats are inserted on the top of the grill which are blue and should last up to 4 hours of repellent use. Once the mats turn white this is a good indicator to replace mats. Also at the top you should see an off on start wording, twist the top rim to the on position wait 10 second and then twist to clicking sounds 2 to three times to ignite. There should be a circle view window and you should see an orange glow once the repeller is activated. Make sure twist back the top so you can see the view window. 2 years agoA: Hi, At the bottom of the Torch light there is the base that come out and inside there is a battery compartment. Please try and pull out the base of the Torch. Please, reach out to our customerservice@thermacell.net if you are still having trouble.
