A: Hi bamjoyce, Glad to help out, Joyce. Rust-Oleum Testors Enamel Spray can certainly adhere to stainless steel screw heads as long as they are thoroughly cleaned first. Keep in mind that the paint will achieve maximum hardness when it fully cures in 7 to 10 days
