A: How is this strength ball used? The strength ball is used for several training session called: Chop, Lateral Twist, Rotation and Push press. How is this interesting-looking piece of equipment used? The interesting-looking piece of the equipment is extra two grips for the user to hold the ball better than the usual round ball, and the textured surface for anti-slippery gripping. And is there a booklet of exercises or a video included with this product? There is no booklet of exercises or a video included with this product. Please find the attached manual for your reference.
