Doesn't work

This does absolutely nothing for fat loss what so ever. There is no such thing as spot fat removal. The only thing it can do is make you dehydrated.

Creates sweat, but velcro hurts & material bunches

So far, I've found this product unusable unless lying completely still. If you bend or move in the belt, the sharp velco will cut into you on the ribs or lower abs. Even if you cut the velcro ends shorter, you still can't work out in this unless you wear a very baggy shirt because the material bunches up and creates weird bulges as soon as you move in it. (i have a 27" waist so there was a lot of extra material - i don't know if that makes a difference) It definitely makes the covered area sweat more and I like using it in the sauna, but I haven't been able to use the product consistently enough to tell if it actually helps with weight loss. Also, the outer material is already becoming shredded by the velcro and belt width is stretching out after only a few uses.

Great way to "trim" down your waist in a hurry.

I thought I was doing well at the gym – until a fitness attendant attempted to sell me their nutritional program. She told me I was fat and the thing is that I am muscular everywhere, except for the tummy…So this little strap helps to keep the tummy in – during my whole 2 to 3 hours of workout. This is a quickest way to lose the extra fat around the tummy in a short time. Do realize too that the strap is a little long for me; however, I use the extra layer to give me extra support. There should always be a double layer at the front. One could also trim out the excess.
