Works well. Maybe the staples can be polyethlyne/polymer.

This is a replacement for one I was using. It works fine as a broom for my deck. I did notice that the staples holding in the parts that sweep rusted and then clumps started coming out (I use it in winter to sweep snow off the deck that may blow under the gazebo.
