Love this vaccuum

I have owned this product for years.Yes the battery runs out quickly so that could be an adjustment the company could make with this product. But love the way it works for quick cleanups and its light and easy to work with. Also the cloths help gather the fine dust that vacuums miss. I put the filters in the dishwasher so its easy to keep reusing them. Please bring this product back on the market. Its affordable and works great

Good product with one huge flaw. The non-replaceable battery wears out after 2~3 years. We've gone through 3 of them and now need another. Prime example of why "right to repair" legislation is needed, now!

I have had these vacs for years and I even contacted Swiffer to beg them to bring it back, but i was told it wasn't a great seller so discontined in 2023.

I love this little vacuum so much. I lost the power cord to it in a move and have been looking for something that will work. Do you sell just the power cord, or does anyone know a power code that will work.

Q: I have had 4 of these Swiffer Vac’s. The most recent one has the operating switch on the handle. This is highly annoying as I turn it off repeatedly while using it. Has the company improved the design and moved the switch?

Q: How well does this work with dog hair? I have two dogs that shed alot and am yet to find a small vacuum that can handle it.

A: It's the BEST vac for hard floors. Keep in mind it doesn't work on carpets. I bought my first one many years ago, particularly for dog and cat hair.

Q: What is the difference between this package and the starter package? Seems this SHOULD come with a charger? Where do you find the starter pack? Why would someone buy the vacuum, the pads, etc and not expect to get the charger to use it???

A: I think it's because after a year, the battery stops charging...mine did and from reading some of the reviews, it seems like several others have as well. So, this way, people like myself can purchase one without the charger since we already have one....that's my guess.

Q: I have a Swiffer Sweep+Cordless Vac. Can it be safely plugged in continuously when not in use to ensure it is always ready or will this damage the battery

A: Great question! We recommend only leaving it plugged in until it's done charging, in order to keep the battery in perfect condition :)
