It’s an easy setup it just doesn’t stay. Need to reset often. Might work better if you have purchased more of the links but by itself not a great item

It works but...

You can listen to many different chimes, but not set any. You can use them for the doorbell attachment. I almost want to return it. I don't want to hear a panic alarm everytime it goes off. Maybe people want to hear a nice chime if a door opens instead of a crises alarm going off... seriously Swann? It would have been so easy to allow people to set different çhimes. Alaram sensor does work well though, I'll give them that.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: Where is the remote control and the three modes? The specs indicate operation with a remote control and switch between 3 alarm modes. I cannot find the remote control. The alarm only beeps at high or low. The light flashes. But how can I find three modes?

Q: Can you buy more indoor units without buying the outdoor unit? I would like to put more indoor units in other buildings and have them operate off the one outdoor unit

A: The sensors and receivers are interchangeable, and the price isn't particularly expensive, so in your place I might just purchase as many full sets as needed and only put batteries in the units that you actually want operating. I am thinking of doing just that in order to have extra motion sensors outdoors, all talking to one chime indoors. Hope that helps.

Q: what is the wieless range ? eg. how far away from the sensor (driveway) can the alarm (house) unit be ?

A: The transmitter can mounted up to 200 ft. (60 meters) from the receiver for total wireless performance based on line of sight. Walls and other structures will diminish the range by about 10% for every structure the wireless range must pass through. Based on this performance, it is ideally suited to work within most residential and small commercial establishments.
