Bought this Two weeks ago. Item is not bad but fitting screws provided with it are improper and insufficient. Purchased the screws from dollor store and struggled to fit it.

This rack is designed only to work with bikes that have a caliper style break as opposed to a v shape break which is much more common, even then I would be skeptical that this would lie flat. There were multiple pieces of hardware missing, and the sizes of the nuts and bolts didn't match. The instructions are a low resolution photocopy. They are written in broken English and the diagrams are too underexposed so it just looks like a solid black piece of metal and it says to assemble like is shows in the picture. I will be returning this.

Literally the worst bike rack you can purchase.

Had to return it because no parts were in the bag. Then, the assembly and attachment were horrible. This rack is NOT for normal bikes and you'll probably have to mess around with it to make it stay. Ended up installing it crooked just to tie-wrap a milk crate on top.

Does not work on suspension bikes... I really played around with it and got it to fit some what but it locked up my suspension.
The rack angles down at the front when most seat post angle back so it can't be attached.
No, I do not recommend this product.

A: Yes it will, but you will need to use the included "omega clips" to secure the front support arms to the bicycle seat stays since this bike doesn't have rack bosses mounted into the frame. A: Yes, it should fit assuming that your bike has the appropriate mounts. The front "stabilizer bars" of the rack slide back and forth in order to level the rack. If you have any installation issues, feel free to reach out to us directly at service@smspdi.com anytime.

A: 1. Dimension of carrier unit (without stay): L39cm xW14cm x H3.5cm 2. Length of Stay (not include the part of adjusting holes): 34cm 3. This carrier is adjustable and fits most of 26” – 28” bikes.
