The overall construction of the gazebo itself is very good. It took my wife and I around 7 hours to assemble. Now for the bad news. The roof is absolutely horrible and does not stand up to the elements. After one year of use the roof was full of holes. Even after taking the roof down and storing it in the winter it still failed. The other con to the roof is that it makes the heat from the sun unbearable. We inquired about a new roof and it turns out it costs almost as much as the gazebo. So if you want a big paper weight this is the gazebo for you.
