Not in southwestern ont too

Our gazebo did the exact same thing on Jan 8th had to go to a local welder when I took it out of the box when it rained the canopy also leaked still paying for it till July our first was a lot cheaper and lasted for 6years the quality of these is getting worse every year

No, I do not recommend this product.

Not in northern Ontario

We bought this and had to put significant strain on the frame to get the canopy on, then we're supposed to take it down for the winter. There was no chance, so my husband tried to just make sure the snow was cleaned off to not strain it, but the canopy kept tearing. Shortly after it just completely buckled. If you're in areas of severe weather, dish out the extra few hundred for an all season with warranty. Obviously CT won't do anything about this.

No, I do not recommend this product.

We would like to let you know that there only desired number or capacity of wind a gazebo can hold. We also advise to put down gazebos specially if winds are too strong. Q: Can the Sunjoy Hexton Gazebo, 10 x 12-ft be bolted to the ground? Can the Sunjoy Hexton Gazebo, 10 x 12-ft be bolted to the ground or to a wooden deck?

  • A: Yes, you can bolt it to your deck if you wish. It has the ability to do that however, we advise you do not bolt it to you deck as doing so voids the warranty for the frame. Securing with guy lines is the preferred method as it allows the unit to move enough to avoid damage while still securing the unit.
