Just cheap junk with a premium price. Like so many corporate brands, white labeled junk pretending to be useful. This is the last thing I will ever buy from Canadian Tire.

I really am so happy with this purchase. It looks so "classy" compared to the movable hose apparatus we had before. Everything is hidden inside this lovely black plastic case!

Q: How do you get it to let the hose go? Lever to the other side or what? I mean it works fine to retract but letting it go ...I can't figure it out

A: Thanks for the answer Dean, I realized I asked in the wrong product because I have the one that uses water pressure to self rewind the hose but I think the wheel is a bit rusty and needs some lubrication to roll more easily.
