A little pricey (even on sale) but acceptable

It seems pretty good. All you need to assemble the components is a mallet and a screwdriver. Another reviewer stated that this unit required several hours to assemble and required an electric drill. Nope. All the screws are self-tapping; no drill required. Assembled in less than an hour. First issue: Front of roof needs more overhang (I will add a drip edge). Second issue. A connector is needed at the top of the back wall to the roof. The parts are molded to accept the part but no part was provided and the part was not indicated in the list of parts. I will ask the manufacturer to send me the needed part (item JJ).

Bought this for storing our garbage can and blue boxes in for the winter, to keep out of the snow and ice. Perfect size to do so. Plus room for bags of ice pellets. Next summer I will use as deck storage for my patio cushions to keep them dry from the rain.
Very easy to assemble. Instructions were easy to follow, about an hour to put together.

A: Fit in my 2017 Cruze Hatchback, no issues. Of course the hatch door had to stay open, no big deal. This thing ain't going anywhere. I've done this twice, once for me, once for my daughter. VERY easy to move around, it's lightweight and needs to be screwed down, or heavy something (got bricks in one, 50lb bag of stone in the other)to keep it flying around. I moved it around by myself, just put it on a dolly and easy. Will slide around some as well, if you had to.

A: I believe you can install it on the deck if it is level. I used a plywood base to level the floor as my area was slopped.

Q: Can this Suncast outdoor storage shed be used to store car tires all year round? We have only surface parking and the kids just moved back home from uni with a car so now we need a place to properly store tires when they switch from winter to summer, etc.

A: I used to store my tires in this shed at the bottom but they weren’t on rims and had to be angled to fit inside. My tires were size R15 so you’d need to measure yours to see the dimensions.

A: The outside dimensions are 31” deep x 51” wide by 71” high. Inside dimensions are 28” deep x 48” wide and 68” high. I hope this helps

Q: Is this storage shed watertight? Or will moisture/water get in if built out in the open and impact battery power machines (lawnmower, trimmer)?

A: Have had mine for a couple of years now, no water issues at all. It's up against the back of my house, so can't say much about wind driven rain. A bit gappy here & there, but seems to direct water away from the inside. And, not difficult to build, although you do have to be careful and understand how it works. I've built 2. The second one, I didn't notice 1 pin was not in the slot, AFTER I got the roof & doors on and all screwed together. Too much gap in the back corner, and less solid. Pain in the neck to take it apart and fix, but it's solid plastic and can take a good beating, lol. I feel confident enough to store my $900 battery mower. But the batteries are ALWAYS in the house, until needed.
