One of the best Humidifiers ever.I have two due to some very expensive guitars that must be kept at a certain level of humidity.They have never given me a problen.The are the best ones out there if you can find them I have had one for 4 yrs and the other one for 2 yrs.Never a problem fill it forget.Once every 3 or 4 months run vinegar thru it.Keeps them clean aand extremely quiet. So BUY IT if you can find them i know i would get another 2 if i could!

Works like a charm. We have a bit of a hard water but, not of a big deal. There are a few white dusts here and there but is manageable to clean. I saw those comments that it stopped working, all I can say is that you need to clean it at least once a month (cleaning instructions in the manual). I am currently planning to purchase another one since this one is filter free and it is costly to keep on buying replacement filters.

a bien fonctionné pendant 2 mois. le cadran pour le taux d'humidité a cessé de fonctionner et l'eau pulvérisée laisse un résidu sur les meubles et les planchers, très désagréable.

This humidifier sounded like a jet plane within two weeks. Don't let that initial quiet fool you: this unit's inner 747 is is just waiting to get out, possibly at 3 am as it did at my house. It was always awkward to fill, not fitting in a bathroom sink, perhaps because it was actually designed for those jet fuel trucks with the long hoses. Returned.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Free of morning cough and sore dry nose

I purchased this Sunbeam Humidifier at my local store when it was on sale. With the cooler weather coming I started noticing that I would be woken up early in the morning with a dry cough and tickle in my throat. I also started noticing my nose was getting dry and sore. I decided to start researching the humidifiers available and read all the reviews I could find in the web. All of reviews had pretty much the same pros and cons, so I didn't want to spend too much to find out it didn't work for me. I decided to purchase this Sunbeam humidifier because of the price and I'm so happy I purchased it. The first night the humidifier went through 4 litres of water which confirmed that our home was on the dry side. No more coughs, tickles or sore noses. Thank you.

A: About 16 inches high, 11 inches diameter. In metric I think that's about 40 x 28 cm.

Q: I bought this humidifier last year and it's been great. However I lost the printed manual, so I don't know how to clean it. Anybody have it in pdf? I tried to find it on Google in lot of different ways, but with no result. Actually I found one that said it's for Sunbeam SUL2032-CN, but in the manual I saw it was not this model

Q: Why does the humidifier make clicking noises repeatedly at random times when running?

A: The only moving part in this unit is a small fan that pumps air through a nozzle. It is possible that it moved out of place, or some debree is touching it. If your remove the bottom plate you can see if you can adjust it. <<unplug the unit first>>

Q: What does the "Change" light on this humidifier indicate? Opposite the red "Tank Empty" indicator light is a red "Change" light that has just illuminated. What does this mean?

A: Tank could be empty. Too reset, press, hold button to the right. The red light will turn off.

Q: Handle on bottom as well? I have a warm mist humidifier at home that not only has a handle to lift out of base, but also one on the underside when you turn it upside down to hold tank under the faucet. Does this one have that?

A: Owners manual doesn't specify. but mine can keep my residence, 950sq. ft. at 30% humidity easily. It runs constantly to get to 40%.
