Not long term pump

Pump rotted out at body as white metal aluminum; oil drained into sump-mess. Buy cast or stainless steel!

Another Awful Pump

We also had it's 1/4 hp twin, neither of the pumps made it past the year mark. These thing's are awful. There loud and your lucky to get better than a year out of them if they are actually used in sump basin

Q: What is the GPM/GPH rating of this pump at 0, 5, 10, 15 ft ... etc. This is standard information that should be provided for all pumps.

Q: How to read the date code on a mastercraft sump pump? I want to know how old my sump pump has been. It is a Mastercraft Model #062-3576-4, and the date code is 35210. Can anyone help to figure out how old it is? Thanks.

A: 3 is the day 52 is the week 10 is the year This pump was manufactured on the Wednesday of the 52nd week of 2010.

Q: will a 3/4" garden hose fit on this pump? Submersible Pump, 1/3 Product #62-3576-4

A: A 3/4’’ garden hose will not fit 62-3576 pump. The discharge is 1-1/2’’ but it includes a 1-1/4’’ adapter which means the pump can fit 1-1/2’’ or 1-1/4’’ pipe. If you want to use a 3/4’’ garden hose, a different adapter is required.

Q: Can I extend the cord on the floater -so it will get all the water, as it stops .And there is still water in pond that needs to be drained out . submersible pump 1/3 Product #62-3576-4

A: It is an automatic switch, but you can still do it manually by changing the position of the switch.
