Versatile!

Great counter saver when rolling dough, cutting out cookies. Perfectly non- stick in the oven. This year, I will cut my gingerbread house pieces right on the mat and not have to move it and risk distortion.

I make a lot of pies and this is so much easier then rolling out the crust on parchment paper. Now I can just roll the crust out on this and then flip it over and peel it right into your pie plate. It makes a perfect crust every time.
