Every thing I need

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have several tape measures, most of them are Stanley, because they have always been a good value. The overmolded 25 foot tape is my favorite. I can read the tape better in low light situations. It also has larger numbers for the first 8 feet. So if your eyesight is getting older, I haven't found a more readable tape. The tape has survived more than one 8 foot drop. The locking mechanism still works great. I use mine mainly around non magnetic things, so I don't require a magnetic tip. It is everything I need.

Solid rugged heavy use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Long term use update I used this tape measure for over 8 years dropped it occasionally from heights of 5-6 feet it has signs of wear and tear on the rule and case. And it still has tape stand out of 10 feet. The blade got fatigued at 6.5 inches and has a tear in it so it can be very sharp.

Not the best not the worst

Had it for about a month and it still worked fine while it got used everyday. Have to question the ruggedness because I dropped it 20 ft to the concrete and it blew to pieces

Sturdy, large numbers

I picked this up to replace a bunch that had broken/not lasted - Lost everything in Superstorm Sandy - Good feel, like the large numvers and can already tell the difference over the pretenders I had owned
