Decent light, but the legs might be a weak point

I've had this light, purchased from CT, since Christmas of last year.
It has been dropped, left on top of a hot engine for hours, used outside in the freezing rain and snow and it just keeps on working. No LEDs have failed, the button still works as it should, the battery still holds a charge (though it's less than half what it was originally, but that's life with NiMH batteries).
Today, one of the legs broke off. Surprisingly, it wasn't the plastic joint at the base that broke, but the actual metal inside the flexible leg. It's most likely a result of fatigue from repeated bending to hang off of things, so it's really not a fault of the light.
Unfortunately, as it was a gift and purchased on sale ahead of the Christmas season, it's out of its exchange period.
About my rating: I'd give this thing 5 stars if it weren't for the price. If it was even 10 dollars cheaper at regular price, I'd give it 5 stars. As far as its features and durability, given what I've put it through, it's a 5 star product otherwise.

keeps falling over

i tired my best to keep it leveled but the balance is a bit off. however its use is very handy and can be bend in any way.

Flexability

This type of work light bends into many position therefore making it extremely easy to place anywhere. This flexability maximizes its lighting ability by sending the beam directly to the intended object. It can be "wrapped" around many fixtures at a high level or flattened down sending its powerful beam at lower levels as well. My husband loves the flexability of this work light and its powerful lighting ability.
