Dim & not useful as a work light.

The brightest setting is not very bright - if I'm working under the vehicle the lighted area is very small and isn't usefully bright. The dimmer of the 2 settings is pretty much useless unless you're using it as a beacon or something but not if you actually have to work by it. The light flickers on both settings which is only annoying. Either it has an auto-shutoff feature or its just turning itself off for some other reason which I find annoying as I really don't want it turning off when I'm half way through a repair and don't have a free hand to turn it back on or have to climb back out because its not within immediate reach.

No, I do not recommend this product.
