La première fois que je me suis servie de la douille 19mm à prise 1/2", elle a cassée, fendu sur la longueur de la douille. Très difficile de faire honorer la garantie, représentant français très difficile à rejoindre, il faut payer le transport pour peut-être se le faire rembourser par la suite, il faut apprendre comment envoyer un colis par UPS car c'est le seul transport qu'il accepte... Très mauvais achat. Je conseil à tout le monde d'acheter des outils Mastercraft au lieu de Stanley. Tout est beaucoup plus simple.
