Toggle STUCK can’t reposition work station

Spent an hour putting this together only to find that the toggle which repositions the workstation will not budge. It is stuck in the LOCK position. This makes it impossible to get on the bike as it is too close to the seat.

There's Good and Some Not So Good

I got this bike for Christmas. I'm a bigger guy who is mobility impaired who needed some exercise that isn't impact exercise. It took over an hour to put the bike together, so be prepared for that. When I first tried to get seated on the bike, it was difficult even with the tray out as far as it would go. The bars beside the seat get in the way. Once on the seat I was ready to go. Although the seat is padded, the padding must be derived from concrete. But jokes aside, the seat is really uncomfortable especially after 10 minutes on the bike. So far everything that I am saying, my wife also noted when she tried it. It does get better from here; the machine is smooth as silk and makes almost no noise at all. The tray is good for holding your tablet, phone or laptop during your workout. A standard plastic bottle of water doesn't fit the drink holder that well as it is a bit too wide and a bit too shallow. I wouldn't put any electronic device on the tray with a drink in the holder. The resistance is smooth as well. The bike has multiple positions to get a good fit for most people who use it. Overall the bike is good and is sturdy even for a big guy like me, but there are just a few shortcomings.

So easy to jump on this bike and exercise when you keep it in your living room in front of the TV. So quiet!! Comfortable.
Adjustable so older children and adults can use it.
