Q: Will this fit a 2019 Ram 1500 with a 5'7" box? and is it only able to be opened once the tailgate is opened?

Q: I have a,2019,Chevy Colorado with a box that is 6.2 x 5 will this fit my truck? And if so, does all the hardware come with it as well or do I need to buy extra parts.
