Completely useless for softer metal screws that strip easily. This just strips them faster.

Q: Will these remove a hex screw from an rc car? I need to know.

A: Yes, the SpeedOut will definitely be able to remove a hex screw. The type of screw does not matter. Follow the same instructions to get the desired bit size. Then drill out the head with one end of the SpeedOut bit then flip the bit to the reverse threads to remove.

Q: Sizes please I need a Hex Head Multi-Spline Screw Extractor larger than 13/32 inches to remove Differential , transfer case fill and drain screw/bolt
