J'ai acheté 4 lampes de ce type en liquidation au magasin, j'en ai retourné 3, une seule fonctionnait, malgré une exposition prolongé au soleil et exposé à une lumière 100 watt pendant 2 heures, elles n'ont pas allumé. Celle qui fonctionnait, je n'ai eu qu'à mettre une flashlight dessus le panneau solaire pour l'activer, elle fonctionnait très bien. Je crois que ce n'est pas par hasard qu'elles étaient en liquidation!!

Garbage AVOID

They work great, for a while, then the solar panel greys, then the lights quit. Bought 14 of them and replaced 10 of them within 2 years. Warranty replaced them but they failed again too. AVOID and buy a different one.

Q: Dimensions and sunlight required? Hoping this will illuminate a single step on a wooden deck near a hottub (where wired lighting is a safety concern). * what are the dimensions of this light * approximately how many hours of sunlight are required to power this light in the evening

A: Approx 4" x 4" and an inch high. I've installed 52 of them at our marina. They last all night during the long sunny summer days. In the grey winter they only last a couple hours. If left covered in snow they don't charge much at all. They don't provide good area lighting, but are excellent for defining a walkway or steps.

A: Rather than drilling in you can use a strong PVC solvent or Velcro tape. That would be the best alternative.
