Very Disappointing

I received this coffee maker for Christmas. When the coffee is ready it's warm, I have to microwave it to make it hot. The machine only stays on for an hour, also you must hit the button twice to turn it on. The reservoir is difficult to fill and the carafe must be washed by hand . It does look nice, but overall a disappointment for such an expensive coffee maker.

Difficult to program, cheap carafe that felt as though the handle would snap off, small water vestibule which is hard to fill, spilly, not exceptionally great tasting. Buy something else.
