Q: can i hook them up to the fuse panel i was wondering if i could go straight to the fuse panel maybe with a toogle switch in between so i can turn them off and on is this possible

A: You can also buy a replacement fuse that comes with an accessory power wire on it and solder into it, throw a switch in it aswell so you can turn it on and off at will.

Q: Would these work on my scooter? Would these neon's work if i mounted them under my scooter? And could i plug them in to my battery ?

A: Yes but you will need to perform additional work with the wires and acquire additional accessories according to your battery type.

Q: Is There A Way To Hook It Up To A Battery (not car) i wanna hook it up to like not a 9v but something bigger could i cut wires then put them to the battery? i dont wannt to put these on my car

A: Well you can always buy some sort of battery clip, and strip the wires and solder the positive and negative leads to the battery clip.
