Once again no joy

Bought it online for pick-up . Couple days later told they don't have it by email .even though web says otherwise order from another branch , same result. Order from third branch but this time I order delivery and since they can charge me I get it delivered best part of the transaction it doesn't fit seems there are different sizes of cigarette lighters in cars Darren
