Drilling in butter!

Needed a more powerful drill to drill 1 inch holes in many tree stumps. My 3 amp drill just didnt have what it takes. Bought this and BOOM! It was like drilling in butter! Half the cost of other drills with same features and a great warranty when registered.

A: It is both a hammer drill and a regular drill. There is sliding button on top that you push to one side or the other for either regular drill or hammer drill.

Q: 6445-01 vs 6445-04? Hi. What is the difference between the 6445-01 and the 6445-04 model. The Skil website only shows the 6445-04 model for hammer drills. Thanks

A: Thank you for your question. The drill itself is the same, there are no differences. The reason for the change in the model number was there was a change in the packaging. Otherwise the tool itself is identical.
