I use it to make baby quilts and cloth dolls. Sews really well. The only flaw .. it's not self threading. I would buy again.

I bought this so my daughter & I could learn from my mom who was visiting. It took 2dys to figure out how to put it together. Then another to thread it. Mom got the bobbin working fast, but the rest kept tightening till it popped the thread... wasting all our time we had with her & the cost of a large roll of thread, unfinished projects messing up the room, etc. Very disappointed.

I needed a sewing machine to take to my sewing group meetings every week and this is just the perfect machine. It is light weight, sews great and is easy to use. I love the color.

My Grandson runs 5 K's and they get T-shirts each run. When he was 7 he decided he wanted to cut them into squares and make a quilt. He and I made it together and he has been sewing together ever since. He is now 12 and has enough to make a King quilt, so I bought it for him to make completely on his own. I am also teaching the little girls next door (5 and 8) to make costumes and doll clothes. They love it.
