Somebody.didn.t.do his job.Properly

Bad purchase , glad I got.my.money.back.
First wrong size Internet box, then.on of the cover.were missing.the pins.to.attach.to the wheel
Finally.the box were so dirty.& broken.attached with tape
I couldn't believe, somebody wants to sell that.

Covers fit fine and look great but constantly creak and squeak. Tried both retaining ring positions and after almost a year they still are extremely annoying.
They are coming off!!
