Wont hold charge

This item works great when plugged in. If you turn on and connect when plugged in then unplug, it will stay on for a few minutes. But if trying to connect while unplugged, it won't turn on at all.

Problem with the battery

I have had two of these units. Within using it only 2 or 3 times both units suffered from a battery issue. They only work when plugged in, which defeats the purpose of being portable. This unit was a great idea, but the quality control is obviously an issue. This product is a bit of a no-name so it's difficult to find support.

A: The Speaker is 3 Watts. Once fully charged the battery life is 8-10 hrs before requiring recharging. The Weight of the product is 1.4 kgs (3 lbs).
