Not worth the hassle. Too covered in wood dust to return.

This was a waste of money. The 2.5" vacuum hose has such an incredible memory to it that even after several weeks of regular use in a hobby wood shop it still retains the shape of the box it came in. It pulls the shop vac over on a regular basis because it has so much memory. Difficult to use because it insists on twisting back to it's original in package shape. The adaptors it comes with adapt it to other shop vac intakes but doesn't come with anything useful like adapters down to 1-1/4 inch accessories, up to 4", etc.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Not bad, but not the best

I bought this to replace the hose and wand for my 1985 Craftsman shop vacuum. The parts fit perfectly with no mods required. The hose has little rigidity. It kinks easily, so you will find your vacuum choking or you moving the vacuum more than you used to. There's no swivel in the hose end, so it always seems the vacuum head is not oriented toward the floor, so you have to pull the hose from the wand and re-position it.
While I wouldn't recommend this as a first choice, it does the job. I rigged it up to work with my old vacuum hose, so it's all good for me. There may be something better out there though; worth looking.
