Comfortable to hold, light weight and powerful.

I have had this little friend for a couple of weeks so far and it works great. Pretty powerful and helps me to clean places I couldn’t have access to usually like the frame of my sliding doors. I was trying for a whole year to vacuum but it kept accumulating dust. I tried it there and it fitted and clean really well. The battery has lasted since then, I use it 2 to 7 minutes at the time. Pretty comfortable to hold and not heavy or awkward. I really like it and I feel happy that I got it.

Lightweight and powerful

This has a very good suction. It does a great job of getting dog hair and dirt from around my home. I even use it to clean the car now that I have a toddler. Its lightweight and easy to use. I also like the look of it. Its easy to empty out the dirt. Its also very easy to charge.

I bought 4 sharkninja ‘s on one order. The offer was that a shark ultra cyclone cordless hand held vacuum would come the ninja. Only one came with the order. It did not say that only one per order. I would have made 4 separate purchases had I know that. I feel that I am owed 3 more cordless vacuums

Q: The Shark Hand vacuum uses 7.2 v battery, how many to be put in the vacuum? If a battery is only good for use 10 mins, should I buy more batteries when place order for the vacuum?

A: This shark uses one proprietary battery pack that requires that the vacuum is disassembled to change it. You would need both an extra battery pack AND an appropriate charger. I don't know where the 10 minute battery life comes from but this vacuum is for small/quick jobs only and it has never failed to run for those types of jobs.

Q: I just bought one and you mean to tell me it takes 6 hours to fully charge to get 10 mins vacuum time? So vacuum my couch and hopefully my stairs and that's it? Please tell me I read these questions wrong

A: We generally use our hand vacuums for quick cleanups not exactly for cleaning up everything. If you need to clean your couch and stairs I would probably suggest not picking up a cordless hand vac. If you have a lot of space to clean you might want to look at picking up something corded so that you aren't reliant on having something charged and you have consistent suction. Maybe a 2-in-1 corded stick vac so that you can detach it from the floor cleaner and use it as a wand

Q: I was wondering if the Motorized Brush (I) and the Self -Cleaning Motorized Brush (J) were supposed to be included with my Shark Cyclone X2 Hand Vacuum. These were shown on the instruction paper.I didn't get it with mine. Can they be bought separately?

Q: How good is the suction really? I bought one and it doesn't seem like it has a lot of suction at all. I'm wondering if mine is not working properly or am I expecting too much out of a hand vacuum?
