This isn't the experience we want for our customers. Just to help out, there is a storage hook located on the lower end of the extension wand that you can use to secure the handheld unit. This keeps the vacuum from tipping over and makes storage much easier. a year agoA: This vacuum has 2 flooring setting (bare floor and carpet), and works great on most flooring types. With this said, we recommend checking with the flooring manufacturer for compatibility.
