Bought for my mother for her birthday 6 months ago and she is still thanking me she absolutely loves it says it is phenomenal lightweight compared to her old vacuum and the cordless factor allows for more choices on what to use it for!

We were trying to clear tangled hair from the power nozzle and gave up. We removed 15 screws and still couldn’t access the side of the roller. As said in the previous comment; Shark is a good brand but this product is not as pet friendly as we hoped.

Don't Purchase If Chocolate lab + Wood Floors

This started out sucking up debris and dog hair great but now that I've had it for 6 months it is not doing a great job. I've even cleaned it, to try to help with the suction. Very disappointed with this vacuum.

we returned it the first day we received it!! Not the QUALITY we have been used to from shark...after purchasing over 6 Shark products in the past.We have model close to our previous SHARK on the way should be here any day!!
