Great 2 in 1 Vac mop machine!!

This little machine is pretty great for a less than 2000sqt house or apartment. It’s designed for great hardwood floor cleaning if your purpose is to minimize the vacuum and mopping time. Nevertheless, it can be use for carpet as well, It has a detached mop pad where you can remove for a daily dust collecting and attach it when it needed to be vac and mop at the same time. Instructions are very easy to follow, the only downside detail is this machine is pretty noisy if you trying to use this during quiet hours, so our family only use it in the morning. This machine takes very minimal cleaning, it empty the dust itself and battery can last for a while. You will only need to empty the main dust collector at the dock once every 2 weeks. Here is the major point, ITS DOES NOT TANGLE WITH YOUR SHREDDED HAIR, yes, if your regular vacuum always shut down on hair clogging to the roller, this machine has the magic that detangle it all!!!

Inferior parts

I’m NOT loving my Shark Matrix. I bought it for my wife the first of the year and it’s broken already in February. The release button on the dust cup broke and you have to buy an entire dust cup. It’s been on back order and can’t use it. Sub par parts for this amount of money… UNACCEPTABLE!

No, I do not recommend this product.

Pas ma préférée et contente de l’avoir changée!

Balayeuse robot de base qui a brisé 2 fois et qui était encore sous garantie heureusement. Je l’ai échangée contre une autre marque à la fin. Elle ne permet pas d’avoir deux cartes, donc oubliez le lavage du sous-sol. Le logiciel est vraiment lent et très de base, je n’ai pas aimé. Que dire du bruit qu’elle fait ouf!

Not very happy since i got it like 2 weeks ago it has been maping my house and it hasnt finished what a headache and a pain
