  • Also for combustion chambers on all 2-cycle and 4-cycle gasoline engines

  • Cures hesitation, stalls, pings, flat spots and rough idle due to carbon buildup

  • Helps pass emission tests

Top engine cleaner & lube - Intake manifold cleaner

It does do some good, but it's terrible to use! I recently had a hard lesson with your intake manifold/valve cleaner. I need to make several points. The little red tube is a few inches too short! The aerosol can insert nozzle is very inadequate to provide any lock-in ability for the tube itself. The tube will not stay in the nozzle because it is at most 1-2 millimeters long inside it. The female nozzle does not provide enough inside length. The short distance, along with the tube's lack of locking ability, means it will certainly slip out. Once it does, it will automatically become coated with the product, ensuring it slips out again and again. As your instructions indicate, it takes 15 minutes or more to empty the can. So in a few words, it is a real messy operation using your product designed to complete the job. I was very disgusted with using this product. I would highly recommend a locking nozzle to hold the red tube in place, a longer tube, and the product itself might be fitted with a locking tab to prevent someone from needing to push on the valve for the long duration required when running a hot engine at 2000 rpm! This is a setup for failure, mainly because the red tube is not staying in the nozzle. Please strongly consider my suggestions. Makes me wonder if anyone has tried to complete the job from your company as it is designed? I invite any response because I seriously doubt I would consider using your product again, I'm sorry to say.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Used it for my 2012 Kia Rio since I noticed it consuming a lot of oil. Worked like a charm! It’s been about a wee now since I’ve used it and it reduced the consumption significantly

Q: Does this harm plastic? I use products like this for motorcycles and ATVs. Sometimes areas are hard to get and land on vehicle plastics. Does this hurt plastics? Thank you

  • A: Sea Foam would be no more harmful than gasoline on plastic. Any spillage should be removed.

Q: Does it good for Cataytic convertor too ?

1 Answer
  • A: Thanks for the question. Sea Foam has no effect on a catalytic converter, which is a bit downstream from the engine's combustion chambers (where Sea Foam completes its work).
