It's grass seed

It's grass seed, no more and no less. Is it any better than any other? Worse? Who knows? There are so many variables that go into growing grass that one would be hard pressed to differentiate between types and brands, except possibly over a period of time. Certainly not the week Canadian Tire has given me since purchasing this.
