What the actual hell is wrong with you people. This was a fabulous product and you killed it? Worked great, easy to use, readily available. Perfect product to stop making. Genius.

It seems this product has been discontinued. I think the reason is that if you bought "tear by hand" you wouldn't need much tape and Scotch probably analyzed what was happening. If you use normal packing tape, because it's so stupid and shreds to bits and gets stuck to itself as you're using it, you end up needing a lot more tape...whereas, those who bought Scotch Tear by Hand would be content with their little roll they could always turn to because it was so neat to use and so very clean and easy. You'd never tear away more than you needed. So, I hate you Scotch company for taking this away from us. Why not just charge more? We'd pay for the good tape.

Great tape. Makes life easy when packing items in a box and being able to tear the tape by hand and this one really works. Scotch is the best.

I'll add my two cents and say please bring it back. If more people knew about this tape I think it would be a best seller. Try marketing it as Tearable Tape or Terrible Tape and maybe you'll sell more.
