Much Better Than My Older Transmitter or Direct Plug-in with My MP3 Player

I have an older MP3 player with all my favorites on it which never worked very well in my previous cars. Since I got a new car this year with a really good sound system, I decided to try this transmitter in it. I was blown away with the quality and volume I now have with this decice and my old MP3 player.

A: I have only tried it in the car where the unit was inches from the radio. Usually with devices like this, the farther away you go, the worse the reception. Not sure if you will find the answer to your question on the Scosche website?
